Hi guys! My name is Katlyn Tallman and I am a junior at Cortland. I am majoring in Adolescent Education English and I am excited to be a teacher one day. I live in Marathon, NY which is literally a 20 minute drive from Cortland, so I commute everyday. Welcome to the course, Katlyn! I could talk about “You” for hours! There’s so much going on there, especially related to the images of women in books written by men, our gendered fantasies of authorship, a literary tradition of violence… don’t even get me started.
